"Found unit off at breaker when I arrived. Turned unit in at breaker and entered diagnostic. Unit started and then lost power. Inspected and found connection at terminal box loose. Reconnected properly and found unit now getting proper voltage. Also found evidence of water in drip tray. Removed water and tested unit multiple times. Found no leaks at this time. Customer is using cascade. I recommended customer switch detergents. Customer understands. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected."

"Installed new heater. Tested unit observing for leaks and proper functions. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected."

Found plastic melted onto heating element. Attempted to remove and found element damaged. All other functions ok. New element (W11537778) needed. ; ordrng 1 W11537778 (Element) and 1 L14 (Job code)

"Found f9e1 (off balance load). Tested unit and found water entering unit ok. Unit completed cycle without issues. Set unit to towels and found no settings selected. Set to hot, deep fill and extra rinse. Let unit fill and get to wash. Unit filled with proper amount of water. Canceled cycle and re set to towels. Found previous setting back on display. Informed customer that unit will remember previous settings as last time used on same cycle. Customer understands. At this time, all operations ok, with no leaks detected. Did not move unit."

Installed all new led lights. Found all operations ok at this time.
