"Found f7e5 (shifter fault) F8e1 (long fill). Found hot water turned off at valve. Turned hot water on. Tested unit in diagnostic and found cold water entering unit slowly and spin basket stuck in spin while trying to agitate. Inspected and found no debris in valve. Found cold water coming through hose ok. Also found cam getting stuck, damaging shifter. Installed new Valve (W11210463) Shifter (W11481722) and Cam (W10721967). Calibrated and tested unit. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected. Recommended customer keep both hot and cold valve on, when unit unit. Customer understands. ; used 1 W11210463 (Valve TS), 1 W11481722 (Shifter TS), and 1 W10721967 (Cam TS) from stock"

Installed new ice maker and inlet valve. Tested and found all operations ok with no leaks detected.

"Found mullion not sliding into channel properly, preventing door from sealing. Found left door dropped too low. Adjusted door and installed washer, raising door. Tested multiple times and found mullion now functioning as designed. All operations ok with no leaks detected . Did not move unit. Collected 170mfor service call and labor."

"-5 in freezer, 39 in fresh food. Tested water dispenser and ice maker. At this time, ice maker and water dispenser is ok. Customer said sometimes ice maker fill tube will freeze. This ice maker fill tube doesnt have a heater. Found inlet valve slowly dripping into fill tube. New valve (W11645245) And ice maker (W11700250) needed. Turned ice maker and incoming water off, to unit. ; ordrng 1 W11645245 (Valve) and 1 W11700250 (Ice maker) and 1 L14 (Job code)"

Installed new door switch. Tested and found all operations ok at this time.
