"Found unit had water in it when I arrived. Plugged unit in and found it going into a rain cycle but the pump was humming and not removing water. Removed water with shop vac. Inspected and found nail lodged in pump. Removed nail and found no damage to pump. Plugged unit in and found f9e1 (long drain) error codes. Cleared code. Tested and calibrated unit observing for leaks and proper functions. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected."

Customer said freezer section was freezing over but they thawed it out by leaving it unplugged . Found air channel to fresh food section has ice booking. Tested Hester and found it coming on. Found all fans working properly . Observed frost pattern and found it ok. Both doors sealing ok. Unit is not going into defrost properly. New Harness (W11616409) and control (W11616408) needed. ; ordrng 1 W11616409 (Harness) and 1 W11616408 (Control) and 1 L14 (Job code)

Installed main control and water valve. Flushed out water lines and found cold water coming in slowly from hose at wall. Then later tested again and found cold water coming from hose ok. Informed customer that there appears to be an issue with the cold water coming from wall. It has inconsistent water pressure. Customer understands. Calibrated and tested unit. Unit itself is functioning as designed. With no leaks detected.

"Original complaint is that unit is making ticking noise, and lights going out and coming back on sporadically. Customer had no complaints of temperature loss. Customer showed me picture of ice ball on freezer evaporator that a previous company took. I removed freezer evaporator and found no frost ball and evaporator is fully frosted. Contacted tech line and spoke to Jake. I informed him of situation and we were unable to recreate any issue with unit. He did not recommend replacing any parts at this time. When I was leaving home, I could hear 3 way valve struggling to go into position. I entered diagnostic and found fans no longer coming on and display is delayed while 3 way valve is still ticking. I informed customer that the issue could be from and of the electronics or fans or 3 way valve components shorting out, causing various issues. Customer has Best Buy warranty. I recommended customer have Best Buy warranty re-evaluate situation in order to resolve issue, because it doesnt appear to be an issue with the sealed system itself. Customer understands. Sr number (7741409704) collected 150 for service call."

"Customer said cycles only complete on quick wash, no matter what type of loads they have in it. Found F8e1 (long fill) error code. Tested unit in diagnostic and unit completed without issues. Heckled pressure hose and found it intact with no holes or flash. Did find some debris in valve but water is entering unit properly at this time. Contacted tech support and spoke to Joe. I informed him of situation. He recommended replacing valve (W11513255) and control (W11513246) again.
