Unplugged unit and turned water off to unit and could still hear water moving through the pipes, in the wall. Showed customer. Tested unit in diagnostic and found cold water entering unit slowly and spin basket stuck in spin while trying to agitate. Inspected and found no debris in valve. Found cold water coming through hose ok. Also found cam getting stuck, damaging shifter. Installed new Valve (W11210463) Shifter (W11481722) and Cam (W10721967). Calibrated and tested unit. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected. Recommended customer keep both hot and cold valve on, when unit unit. Customer understands. ; used 1 W11210463 (Valve TS), 1 W11481722 (Shifter TS), and 1 W10721967 (Cam TS) from stock"
