"Took quick pics, found unit running in a safety loop. Found control has 1-1 internal board error and 3-1 pressure sensor error. Cleared codes and as soon as I turned knob it started safety loop again. When that finished I checked pressure hose for kinks or blockages and it is open and clear. I put into diagnostic cycle and it ran that and finished, immediately when it was done got stuck back into safety loop And repeats the 1-1 and 3-1 codes. Installed control unit checks ok."

"Took quick pics, found unit showing 3-2 water temp thermistor out of range, cleared codes Ran unit through diagnostics cycle and found unit completed all functions but repeated 3-2 code. Unplugged and resistance checked the thermistor and for 74 degrees we should be around 50Komhs and it is 6.2 Mohms which is out of range, gave cust est of $406.35, customer declined and will call us back if he wants repaired. Had office run cc for 2nd appliance Tc of $80 and email receipt"

"Took quick pics, found unit leaking from both sides, found the gasket on the inside had some pinch marks and you can see water marks on inside door panel where it was running down the sides. Installed new gasket. Also found vent leaving too much condensation. Followed SP W11705834 and changed vent settings. Ran normal cycle. Unit checks ok"

Found power from board to ignitor good and dsi power is also correct. Installed new ignitor. Ran bake and u it now sparks and lights almost instantly. Put all panels and floor back unit checks ok"

"Took quick pics, found door dented at the bottom right. Installed parts. Unit checks ok. Customer has concerns about unit not sitting even in the cabinets, units mounting brackets were cut off and left only one hole and its screwed directly into the top wood part of the cabinet the house is brand new and I told her I couldnt move it with no options on the mounting brackets and theres no mounting plate. I told her to contact the builder since this is an installation issue and Im not going to start making holes in the brand new cabinets."

Turned heater on 100% in diagnostics test 34. Cleared all water and ice, moved freezer door up a little to make sure its touching metal at the top all the way. Unit checks ok"
