"Cut agitator and locking nut off of unit. Replaced gearcase, inner basket, wash plate and spanner nut. Cycled unit through rinse and spin with load of towels. Unit no longer shaking like before. No longer getting off balance and stopping. All components working. All functions pass."

"Installed new suspension rods. Could not install new inner basket. Agitator plate would not come loose no matter how much force and rust blaster was applied. Units wash plate fused to gearcase shaft. Will order new wash plate, gearcase and locking nut for return visit because units agitator will have to be cut off. Will order parts.; ordrng 1 W11551646 (Locking nut) and 1 W11510461 (Wash plate) and 1 W11449841 (Gearcase) and 1 S17 (S17)"

Customer stated unit shakes when in spin with load. Customer put in average size load. Cycled unit. During spin unit got heavily off balance and drum was banging into sides of units cabinet. Removed load of clothes. Pressed down on drum to check suspension rods. Suspension rods appear normal. Only other part associated with issue is inner basket. Will order inner basket for repair and suspension rods just in case.; ordrng 1 W11178227 (Basket) and 1 L14 (L14)
