Customer complaint is units drawer above crisper drawers keeps sliding out when opening the machine. Called techline. Techline stated customer has two options either raise the feet of machine and be able to pulled out to clean or put the feet down to raise the front of the unit to keep drawer from sliding forward but not able to move machine because feet are down. Informed customer of two options techline provided for issue. Techline stated unit is operating normally. Customer decided to leave feet up so they can move machine in and out. Customer unhappy and stated they will be calling customer service. Provided customer with file number. Unit checks ok. And all functions pass.SR#7741128236

Installed new pump and motor. Cycled unit through diagnostics quick cycle. All components working. Unit recirculating water again. No leaks during entire quick cycle. All functions pass.

Found unit not washing dishes. Found unit with f4e3 error code. Checked connection at pump and motor. Connection checks secure. Will order pump and motor for repair.; ordrng 1 W11613570 (Pump and motor) and 1 J13 (J13)

Found unit not washing clothes. Found unit not agitating when in cycle. Found units Splutch stuck not wanting to move removed drive and belt. Found teeth of splutch in incorrect position and part of Splutch not catching with itself to shift up and down. Adjusted and re installed Splutch into correct position. Unit now agitating properly. Went through normal cycle perfectly. All functions pass.
