Unit doesnt drain. Pump runs. Disconnect and drain from the sink and drain unit into bucket. Unit drains perfectly fine .Customer has a clogged drain. Customer has plumbing issues . Advise customer to contact plumber and replace squeeze clamp on plumbing due to heavy corrosion on squeeze clamp

Unit has leak at tub seam. Dent is obvious . Unit was delivered damaged. Costco install team came out and couldnt find leak. Dealer delivered unit with damaged tub. Customer to return unit . Unit has caused damaged to Customers floor

"Found out most glass was the one that customer said exploded 30 minutes after cooking at 350. I took pictures of the glass in a trash bag and of the door on the oven and called tech line. Outer door glass is no longer available. Spoke to Steeve. Sent pictures to tech line through their secure text of the oven,the broken glass,the scratched cabinets and where it caused a plate to fall off the wall. Unit has loud rollers and pullys. Unit needs repair kit. Gave customer a bluebook estimate for repair at $502.39

"Unit has f8 e4 fault . Emptied drip tray. Ran diagnostics, no leaks or obvious suds build up in sump. Ran regular cycle. No leaks. Customer uses off brand soap tablets. Advised customer to change detergent and wash off dishes from pre wash completely. Adjusted gasket. Unit check is ok"

"Unit showed f9 fault but f9 fault isnt stored. Some standing water in tub. No stored faults. Activated manual component test with drain pump. Water fully pumped out . Pump is in ohm range. Slider and rotor check ok. Unit passes auto test .ran quick wash with load . Unit goes through normal pre wash motions with filling and tub motions. Tub motions stops and continues to fill . Unit fills to top with deep water function turned off and Medium water fill selected . Filling stops and unit begins agitating but wash basket doesnt turn. Unit isnt equipped with hub. Unit has worn gear case splines and wash plate splines. Clutch also clacks loudly . Unit needs gear case , wash plate and clutch . .unit will not spin out due to not being able to feel load out . Unit than flashes f8 fault giving soak warning , gave customer a bluebook estimate for repair at $1762.94 . Customer denied repair"

Found unit not filling with water. Unit needs new valve for repair. Will order for repair.; ordrng 1 W11210463 (Valve) and 1 L14 (L14)

Found units start button will not work. All other buttons working. Replaced control from pre ID. Cycled unit. Start button now operating. Unit washing again. All functions pass.

Installed all parts. Cycled unit through diagnostics wash. Units pump operating progressed cycle. Unit drained. No new error codes. No codes popping up. Unit checks ok at time of repair.
