Also found leaking from dispenser, behind front panel. Pump and motor assembly (W11416362) and dispenser (W11412300) needed. Quoted customer 735.61 to replace wash motor and 960.97 to replace wash motor and dispenser. Informed customer that due to the nature of issues, further repairs may be needed resulting in further changes. Customer does not wish repairs at this time. Collected 150 for service call."

The other company that the warranty company sent out made 7 trips out and took 2 1/2 months and never got the problem fixed.
