"Found no saved error codes. Tested unit in diagnostic and found unit completing without issues. Unit is getting proper voltage. Checked motor windings and found them ok. Turned unit off at breaker. Found bathroom lights not going off, when breaker is flipped, meaning unit and bathroom should be on different circuits. Contacted tech support and spoke to Steve. We found unit itself ok. Informed Customer they will need to have an electrician resolve power supply issues. Customer understands. Case number (22102590)"

Brian was friendly and respectful and very professional and diagnosed the problem right away. The other company that the warranty company sent out made 7 trips out and took 2 1/2 months and never got the problem fixed. Brian diagnosed it and came back when the parts came in and the problem was solved. No more issues. Thanks Brian! I wish all the service providers were like you.
