"Found interior and deli ui lights out and door switches not responding. Door open light is illuminated with doors closed. No ice buildup on fresh food evaporator. Tested unit in diagnostic and found fan motor not shutting off when it should. Inspected deli ui and I did not see any moisture behind it. Unplugged deli ui and found lights now responding and fan functions normal. New Deli ui (WPW10769076) needed. Informed customer that due to the nature of issue, further problems may be be present as well resulting in further repairs needed, but we would have to start with the deli ui. Customer understands. Quoted customer 728.17 to replace ui. Customer does not wish to proceed with repairs at this time. Collected 150 for service call."

Brian is great. He is very friendly and very helpful. He helped me by getting my large cooler off a top shelf and when he was thru with the repair he dried it out and replaced it for me. Brian was neat and on time and found out what was wrong with our ice maker. Unfortunately we felt that ASI charges too much for the parts. After calling Frigidaire, the parts cost only $133. The quote to repair was $566. That is gouging.
