Inspected and found main harness charred and fused to control. Control (W10854229) main wire harness (W10744908) and console (W10740180) needed. I found console (W10740180) no longer available. Contacted 3rd party warranty and spoke to Rasheeda. She verified that the console is no longer against repairs cannot be completed. She said they will reach out to customer in a few business days. Left unit unplugged and informed customer that it is not safe to supply power, or to use unit. Customer understands. Case number (24412521)"

The other company that the warranty company sent out made 7 trips out and took 2 1/2 months and never got the problem fixed.
