Has vibrations in condenser coil. Zip tied normal problem areas and leveled unit. Let homeowner know that it may come back so if it does to just call us and well observe and fix any other vibrations if they arise thats not normal to this model. Recommended getting an extended warranty on any Whirlpool family products to reduce costs on future repairs from D&G Appliance Insurance website. Thank You!

Removed remainder of lint from dryer and cleaned roller shafts. Drum is warped and caused front bulkhead to get scrapped by drum. Recommended to use dryer until noise gets louder indicating its broken even more then todays visit. Everything else on dryer is working great. ; ordrng 1 C1laborcode (C1 labor code)

Appreciated ASI being able to get to our rental the first time pretty quickly. I thought the dryer was fixed from what I was told by Nathan - for $275ish. That same night our renter said it was not fixed and still having same issues. We called ASI back next business day and was told the soonest they could come out was a week from then. We ended up having to buy new dryer because of time it would take to maybe fix it a week from then.
