Removed evaporator cover and found freezer fan barely spinning. Went to parts store and got fan and replaced same day. Put arm on ice maker down so ice maker will start making ice and checked water at door and its working. Cleaned out drawers for customer while I was there so food doesnt get in drain and start clogging it. Everythings performing as designed and told homeowner to leave doors closed after putting food back in so it cools down quicker. Ice making should start by Saturday afternoon.

Cooling fan not turning on in diagnostics nor getting power to cooling fan. Pulled cooling fan apart after control said it was blocked and found nothing blocking the cooling fan. Got cooling fan to turn on once in diagnostics but never turned on during oven heating even after getting up to 350 degree preheat. To turn sounds on and off press options then measured fill then back button to save. Everythings as designed.

Helping Chris with oven repair.

Replaced middle blower thats used when cooling when either oven is on. Tested operations and oven threw F8E1 error code for low blower speed too low. Doesnt say in technical documents what information the control issue sensing to throw error code or which control is monitoring error code. Ordering top blower and both controls. Office will schedule return visit when parts arrive. 45 at thermistor inside Rc section. Called Techline to go through issue and they said to put thermistor in different location per previous models engineering digits service pointer case number 23604912. Thawed out all ice from evaporator and placed thermistor in location on service pointer on capillary tube side towards evaporator. If this doesnt fix issue then well need to order ACU.

Checked ice machine operations. Called Techline case number 23602892. Unit now needs ACU and evaporator harness. Quote to replace evaporator harness and ACU is $742.82. Accepted quote so today were charging $371.41 today and $371.41 on Tuesday when we schedule. ; ordrng 1 W11034363 (ACU) and 1 W11126268 (Evaporator harness) and 1 L14laborcode (L14 labor code)

"Has error code for stuck door switch. Pulled out dishwasher and checked connections at board and control board has corrosion and missing lead trace for door switch circuit. Ordering ACU,door switch,and door harness. Replaced suspension for being bad and ACU for pressure sense fault. Calibrated and tested in diagnostics and everythings performing as designed again.

Found ice maker bail arm has ice cicles on it. Freezer temperature is -1. All evaporator fan motors are running. Cycled ice maker and it functioned properly. Ran a water fill test and water sprayed over the side on to the bail arm. Took off ice box and found fill nozzle had mold inside nozzle causing water to be misdirected. Cleaned out the mold and reasembled. Retested. No water sprayed over. It all went into the ice maker. All functions pass.
