Unit off at breaker when I arrived. Checked and found connections at terminal block ok. Turned unit on at breaker and found it not starting. Checked voltage at terminal block and outlet and found. L1 to L2 has 195v. L2 to neutral is 125. L1 to neutral is 89. Tested and found power chord ok. Unit is not getting proper voltage. Informed customer that they will need a professional electrician to resolve power issue before further diagnosis can be made. Customer understands.
