"In tap root farms development. Tested unit and found excess suds in unit. While testing unit I observed all hoses and gaskets and found no leaking. I did find unit leaning forward. Leveled unit and recommended customer switch detergents and informed customer of the importance of keeping other soaps or detergents out of dishwasher. Customer understood. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected. Did not move unit."

Installed lights and found the upper left side cabinet light was foamed in and connector came off and there isnt enough wire to reconnect anything tried to dig out foam and see if I could get more wire out and I couldnt called techline spoke with Liam. I sent him pictures of the wires and he put it in a non repairable out of warranty. Cust will need to call customer service from here"

I thought Kari was very competent but the last test of the drain spin cycle didn't really test it and the problem recurred the very next day and now I'm back waiting for Whirlpool to find anther repair person. They said to declare the machine unfixable the repair person needs to call their tech person while still at the house to start the replacement process so I'm waiting for the 3rd repair person which will probably take a month as the other two appts have.
