"Took quick pics, found unit unplugged and not cooling. Plugged unit in and found inverter blinking 4 times rapidly which means compressor is locked up.Pulled unit out and found 0lbs of pressure. Called techline spoke with John (24299250) Told him two other companies have been out between now and when I replaced SS parts in April. He documented my findings today and advised I pressure test with nitrogen. Went to the office to get nitrogen tank, came back and pressured system with nitrogen it got to 248.5psi. Waited about 15 minutes and sprayed all joint connections in back with bubble leak detector and pressure stayed right at 248.5psi and no leaks detected by bubbles. Called techline again and spoke with Steve (24302634) gave him nitrogen pressure and funguss today. He advised replacing compressor and inverter again. Customer is unhappy and would like a new unit ; ordrng 1 S17 (Job code) and 1 W11728001 (Compressor) and 1 Lookslikeinvitercomeswithcompressor"

"Found f8e4 (float switch open). Customer not using rinse aid. Tested unit and found it completing cycle without issues. Found heater getting hooked up and reading 13.6 ohms. Heater circuit is ok and unit is draining ok. Dispenser is functioning normal. Unit does not have a vent fan. I recommended customer use rinse aid in unit and be at home and awake, to open door after cycle is completed to help excess steam leave unit, and to preheat water, prior to starting cycles. At this time, unit is functioning as designed."
