"Found freezer door not closing properly , due to paneling on doors. Customer said that will be fixed soon. Customer said food has actually been freezing in fresh food section sometimes but over temp alarm and 54 (fresh food) flashing on display when I arrived. Attempted to clear alarm and could not. Entered diagnostics and found compressor and fan so working ok. Damper operation ok. Door appears to be sealing ok. Found fresh food temp 44 and dropping. Contacted tech support and spoke to Jeremy. As tech line picked up, over temp alarm went away and fresh food temps can now be adjusted. Informed tech line of situation. We changed defrost setting to 8hour timer. Checked and observed frost pattern and found evaporator fully evenly frosted with no frost buildup. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected. Sr (7741595962)"

"Found no saved error codes. Tested unit in diagnostic and unit completed without issues. Tested unit in normal cycle and found unit functioning ok. Checked and found connections at terminal block ok and unit is getting proper voltage. I did find unit too high in the front, preventing door from closing properly. Adjusted unit and found door now closing ok. Tested unit again and all operations ok with no leaks detected . Did not move unit."

"Installed new main control. Calibrated and tested unit observing for leaks and proper functions. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected."

Tested and heard drum rumbling when spinning. Inspected and found a bit of foil and debris stuck in front drum slide. Removed and tested. Found all operations ok at this time. Did not move unit.

"Unit is Natural gas. Customer concerned that temperature of glass gets too hot when in use and that top burners and too hot. Lowered top burner flame heights. Preheated oven to 350. Observed temps and found average temp to be 335. Contacted tech support and spoke to Chris. Informed him of situation. He said unit is functioning as designed. He said glass on door, and some other locations, can get hot to the touch and that is normal operations. At this time, unit is functioning as designed, with no gas leaks detected. Did not move unit.
