"Tested and found ice maker not cycling or filling. Inspected and found 2 wires broken at bottom of door. Repaired wires and tested. Ice maker is now cycleing and filling properly. Informed customer of situation and that if issue happens again, door (LW11202402) will be needed. Quoted customer 1702.71 to replace door. Customer understands. Collected 170 for service call and todays labor."

Found freezer temp to be 11 and fresh food 32 when I arrived. Checked all thermistors and thermostats in diagnostic and found them ok. Found e5 (timed ice) ice maker error code. Removed freezer evaporator cover and found ice ball on top right of evaporator. Observed frost pattern and found incomplete frost pattern. Sealed system repairs needed. Compressor (W10276644) freezer evaporator (WPW10608485) 3 way valve (WPW10364560) ff evaporator (W11492867). R134a. Quoted customer 2405.31. Customer did not wish to proceed with repairs at this time.
