"Found toe panel missing when I arrived. Found no saved error codes when I arrived. Customer said when they first plugged unit in, it was giving f8e4 (float switch) error code when unit was first installed, before running a cycle. Inspected and found water in drip tray. Tested multiple times and found slow drip from incoming water hose, at valve. Inspected and found valve and hose ok. Righted hose and tested multiple times. At this time, unit is functioning as designed with no leaks detected . Did not move unit. Insulation (W11573704) and toe panel (W11579528) needed. ; ordrng 1 W11573704 (Insulation) and 1 W11579528 (Toe panel) and 1 J13 (Job code)"

"Fresh food set to 45 and freezer set to 5. Found frost on food towards the front of freezer section. Customer said they found frost after returning from a trip. Tested ice maker and found it not filling. Found fill tube frozen. Inspected and found found fill tube heater wire backed out of connector, reinserted and found fill tube getting proper voltage. Let fill tube run for a few min and tested ice maker again. Found it now cycling and filling normal. Inspected freezer gasket and fan. Found all doors sealing ok and all fans working. Damper operation ok. It is possible freezer door was not completely sealed while customer was away allowing frost to form. Suggested customer remove all frost buildup and monitor freezer section and ensure doors are sealed. Customer understands. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected. Collected 160."

"Found some buttons on display not responding and customer concerned about not being able to adjust time for cycles. Checked and found encoder not sitting in bracket properly. Corrected and tested. Found all operations ok at this time. Informed customer that only some cycles can the time be adjusted. The others use sensors to determine the amount of time unit is running. Customer understands. At this time, all operations ok. Did not move unit."

"Unit unplugged when I arrived. Plugged unit in and Found f3e1 (pressure system fault). New control needed. Installed new Control (W11603810). Calibrated and tested unit. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected."

Sent him a video of issue .He informed me that the noise sounds normal but will submit it in for review. Gave customer Case number (22729029). Recommended customer contact customer service and discuss any concerns with them. Customer understands.

"Tested unit and found rumbling sound. Like a noisy fan or turn table. This unit does not have a turn table. When looking up unit in service matters, the app will freeze and close. Contacted tech support and spoke to Johnathan. I informed him of situation and sent a recording. He said the it sounds like the Stirrer motor. He recommended removing unit and taking apart to verify issue but to bring Stirrer motor (W11658672) Case number (22569129); ordrng 1 2ndtech (2nd tech) and 1 U18 (U18) and 1 W11658672 (Stirrer motor)"

Freezer temp set to -6 and fresh food to 38. Ice is clumped in ice bin and ice bin cannot be removed. Thawed ice in ice bin. Removed binary inspected. Found all ice bin components ok. Test cycled ice maker and found it completing with no leaks or other issues. I recommended customer dump ice bin once a month and raised freezer and fresh food temperatures to factory recommended setting. At this time all operations ok with no leaks detected. Did not move unit. Collected 200 for service call and todays work.
