"Installed main wire harness and user interface. Tested unit and found same issue happening. Unit is stoping before the drain, during diagnostic test. Contacted tech support and spoke to Rick. Informed him of situation. We tested unit in a different outlet and found same results. After reviewing repairs done to unit, he deemed unit non repairable under Sr number (7741538184). Spoke with Dee for 3rd party AIG. She said they will be in touch with customer in 2-3 business days. Informed customer."

Removed ice buildup from evaporator. Installed all parts ordered. Tested unit and found all operations ok with no leaks detected.

"Found f10e2 (vent motor problem) f8e2 (fill valve problem). Tested unit and found diagnostic cycle shutting off after heater activates. Found freezer evaporator frozen over. Tested heater and found it ok but is not getting hot or getting voltage. Also found fan motor running loud.
