Found rollers gunked up and squealing loudly. Also found vent line too long and kinked. Shortened vent line and installed roller Repair kit (4392067). Tested and found all operations ok at this time.

Installed main control and user interface. Tested and found water dispenser not dispensing and auger motor not running. Do not hear auger motor or water valve activating but I can hear relays on board ticking. Contacted tech support and spoke to Robert. We tested door switches and various connectors at board. There appears to be a broke wire in cabinet. Robert said unit is non repairable. No further repairs can be made. Informed customer of situation. Sr number (7741366578)

Installed main control and up. Tested and found same issue occurring. Contacted tech support and spoke to Adrian. We tested motor and harness and drain pump and found them all ok. We tested latch and found it bad. Adrian recommended bringing out another control because the latch and sometimes short out control. New Latch (W11670519) and control (W11735316) needed. Found unit unplugged when i arrived. Plugged unit in and found compressor running loudly and then shutting off. Installed test starter and found same results. Sealed system repairs needed. Installed new thermal fuse. Tested unit and found it now heating. Also found unit has poor airflow. I recommended customer have vent line cleaned. Customer understands.
