"Customer says her milk keeps going bad and has had to throw away 5 gallons. She says milk is the only product that seems to be effected. 1 in freezer and 38 in fresh food. Found all fans working. Found full frost pattern, when I arrived. Contacted tech support and spoke to Brandon. Informed him of situation and parts replaced. And current temps are normal. He does not recommend replace any parts or doing any repairs at this time. He recommended setting unit to one increment colder. He said because milk is the only item that is effected, the issue may be with the milk, as opposed to unit. As this time, unit is functioning as designed. Case number (22942244)"

HE was very good and helpful. He fixed the problem and explained the issue so I could understand. The only thing I regret is I forgot to have him level my stove which has never been level since Ferguson put it in a year ago.

The guy they sent was great. The issue was, he called Whirlpool. They told him what it was doing was normal. It’s not. I barely get any ice out of this thing,
I would have given the company a better review accept that they noted it was functioning normally on the form because some idiot at Whirlpool said so.
