"Took quick pics, found unit showing PF. Cleared ui and took temps in both compartments. Found the ff is 38 and fz is 2 degrees. Took both evap covers off and found good and normal frost patterns. Checked dcv output at control and found correct voltage to both compartment fans. Unit went into defrost while I was there so the defrost circuit is working properly. Ran test 36 and found icebox fan whirring inconsistently, and making a bit of a grinding. Took icebox down and found fan not spinning consistently. Pushed unit back into ceiling and found when it bopped the frost of it to get it slid into place fan started running normally. Need icebox fan for repair. Gave cust est of $643.74. Customer agreed and had office run cc for total and email receipt. Rescheduled for 11/14 PM ; ordrng 1 W10846539 (Fan) and 1 Joewetalkedaboutthisone and 1 L14 (Job code)"

Found steam feature spraying too strong and leaking from door. Also found vibration rattle coming from vent duct when vent line is attached to door. Installed night temperature tape to vent duct and found noise reduced. Ned to install Valve (W10786952) and high temperature tape to duct inside unit. ; ordrng 1 W10786952 (Valve) and 1 Q16 (Job code)

"Found ice bin stuck. Inspected and found ice compacted in ice bin auger and ice chute. Checked and found doors closing properly and ice door closing and sealing properly. Cleared ice and tested. Found unit functions ok. Recommended customer empty and thaw ice bin every few weeks and if they use crushed ice, dispense a few cubes to ensure ice chute is clear. Customer understands. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected. Did not move unit."

Installed new touch pad (w11795428). Tested unit and found all operations ok at this time. Did not move unit.
