Brian, was very efficient, diagnosed problem. Replaced panel and found out that wasn't the whole problem. He ordered the control panel. When that part came in he, returned and installed part and checked found that everything was working.

The guy they sent was great. The issue was, he called Whirlpool. They told him what it was doing was normal. It’s not. I barely get any ice out of this thing,
I would have given the company a better review accept that they noted it was functioning normally on the form because some idiot at Whirlpool said so.
