Found unit not cooling. Compressor not starting at all when plugged in. Checked compressor found connection to start device loose. Reseated and secured start device connector. Cycled power to unit again. Compressor now starting. Waited 20 minutes while running unit. Units fans working. Compressor pulling good amperage .92. Evaporator coil has good frost pattern. Unit starting to cool. Temp in freezer already down from 73 to 60. Informed customer to give unit 24 to 48 hours before normal use. All functions pass.

Customer said freezer would freeze then warm up and then refreeze. Fresh food section freezes food. Fresh food section 29. Freezer is at 0. Found unit has no frost on evaporater. Pressure is at -12 on low side and 75 on high side.Equilized pressure is 22. Pressurized system with nitrogen and leak checked. No leaks. Flushed system with nitrogen. Replaced drier filter. Pulled a long vacuum on high side and low side. Chargedunit with 1.66 oz r 600a. Unit now has a full frost pattern.; used 1 W10805035 (Drier filter) from stock

Found unit with f8e1 error code again. Checked diagnostics cold side not wanting to energize. Checked connections. connections secure. Units new valve faulty. Replaced valve from pre ID. Cycled unit through quick wash. Unit filled with water on cold side and progressed cycle. All functions pass.
