"F7e7 (motor unable to reach target speed). Tested unit in diagnostic and found when unit came to spin cycle , it was squealing loudly and not spinning. Inspected and found oil has leaked from gear case, onto belt and pulley, causing belt to,slip and wear down pulley Gearcase (W11449840) cam (W10721967) belt (WPW10006384) and shifter (W11481722) needed. Contacted safety team and informed them of situation and parts needed. They did not authorize coverage of repairs at the time. Quoted customer 1500.61 to complete repairs. Customer does not wish to proceed with repairs at this time. Left unit unplugged and advised customer not to use unit. Customer understands."

"Tested unit and found igniter coming on and unit getting hot. I found unit had no airflow. Removed vent line and found excess lent build up and a lot of moisture. With vent line off, unit has good airflow, indicating machine itself is ok. Cleared vent line from unit to wall and reinstalled. Tested again and still found poor ventilation, indicating a clog or obstruction within the vent in the wall. Informed customer that they would need to have vent line inspected to find cause of obstruction. Customer understands."
