Found defrost drain clogged and freezer floor full of ice. Freezer door won't close. Door handles are loose and most of the lights are out inside the unit. Have customer$300 blue book estimate to clean out drain and vacuum condenser. Customer approved. I thawed drain and removed the ice from the freezer floor. Found the issue with the lights and corrected it as well as tightened the handles. Customer asked about leveling the dishwasher. I took a look at it. It needs a installer to come fix the install.
