No voltage drop at control. Outlet checks ok . All connections check ok . Called tech line and spoke with Andrew . Went through multiple dams calibration and service cycles. All pass. No faults. Unit still fails . Model and serial is updated in menu, sent photos to tech line. Tech line advised unit is going up for review. Case number is 23970142"
