"Took quick pics, found unit lid lock showing wont unlock code and a motor cw open. Found capacitor good and motor resistance is correct. Found when I took sheild off gearcase there is bearing oil in it. Would need gearcase, cam and latch for repair. Gearcase and cam are covered under part warranty. Gave customer est of $487.48 customer is calling whirlpool to see if they will cover it due to this being the second gearcase in less than a year. Had office run cc for Tc of $125 and email receipt"

"Took quick pics, customer house didnt have power while I was there she told me what was going on and when we spin tub by hand it makes a clicking noise. Tipped unit up, unit is in a tray, found the feet were never raised and tray has ridges, units belt and cam had rubbed marks through the tray and told customer there was probably marks on the floor underneath. Changed belt and cam. And raised feet and locked the nuts into place. Unit checks ok. Cant run since theres no power told customer to give us a call back if there are anymore issues. Called safety team and reported findings with Elvie Marie at safety team."

"Ran washer through an entire quick wash cycle. Found no leaks. Found 2 service pointers for leak issue w11481731,w11436352. One stated dispenser assembly could cause inelegant leak and the other stated below could leak down behind grunt panel. Will order both parts.; ordrng 1 W11524105 (Dispenser) and 1 W11578223 (Bellow) and 1 L14jobcode (L14 job code) and 1 Anytech (Any tech)"

Kari was wonderful. She showed right when she said she would when she called. She can in with all her stuff. Got right to work after just a couple of questions. She really seemed to know what she was doing. I’m just a few minutes I could hear the dishwasher running. After she finished she explained what was wrong that my builder probably made a mistake during installation. She also remembered need your company could repair any of Thursday suite of Whirlpool appliances we had. She was sharp, smart pleasant professional and quick. If I was 50 years younger I would have asked her to marry me. Give that purple haired girl a raise. She deserves it’ She is a great representative for your company.
