Found door not closing. Door switch misaligned. Corrected. Checks o.k

Customer stated dryer wouldnt work and welded itself together with washing machine. Called Techline. Checked unit with Techline. Found unit had installation problem and neutral and L1 at terminal block was swapped causing electricity to ground through the cabinet when it touched close enough to the washing machine. Swapped wires at terminal block per Techline recommendation. Cycled unit. Unit heating and tumbling. Unit checks ok. Case number: 21714628

Installed all parts to unit. Cycled unit through diagnostics and quick wash. Both cycles performed perfectly. All functions pass.

Found unit spinning when plugged in. Unit has no error codes. Units control acting erratic. Unit will not operate a cycle normally will only spin and lock lid. Found capacitor underneath leaking some type of liquid. Unit needs multiple parts for repair. Will order for repair.; ordrng 1 W11740022 (Control) and 1 W11395618 (Capacitor) and 1 W10721967 (Splutch) and 1 W11481722 (Actuator) and 1 L14 (L14)

Inspected unit. Unit not wanting to shift from agitation cleaning clothes mode over to spin on its own. Units losing power to main motor and also not reading water level in machine to progress cycle. Units Maine drive gear also appears worn down. Unit needs multiple parts for repair. Checked parts breakdown and parts needed not available anymore.
