Found unit not draining. Checked wiring at drain pump found wires and connector separated and drain pump cover cracked. Unit will need new pump and harness. Units control also unresponsive flashing randomly. Will order control as well. ; ordrng 1 W11735316 (Control) and 1 W11643701 (Harness) and 1 W11399437 (Drain pump) and 1 L14 (L14)

Found unit has making loud knocking noise. Found units drum and front panel not aligned causing plastic seal to rub on frame. Realigned tub and front panel. Cycled unit. Unit sounds perfect. All functions pass.
