"Found unit not powering on or responding. Interior light is coming on. Checked voltage and found L1 and L2 is 5.7v. L1 to neutral is 121v. L2 to neutral is 117, indicating a possible short between the separate 120v legs, in wall or at breaker. Power chord is ok and unit wiring is ok at this time. Informed customer that they will need to have a professional electrician resolve incoming voltage issues before further diagnostic can be made. Left unit unplugged and off at the breaker. Recommended customer not us, or supply power to unit until repairs are completed. Customer understands."
