"Found freezer temp 26 and fresh food temp 37, when I arrived. Cycled power to unit and found compressor attempting, multiple times, to come on, and inverter blinking 4 times, indicating a compressor failure. All fans running. Entered diagnostic and found all other components checking out ok. R134a, Compressor (W10841139), Inverter (W10629033), Tube kit (876765), Evaporator (WP2306094) and Dye drier (wpw10143759) needed. Informed customer thatd use to the nature of issues, and age of machine, further repairs may be needed resulting in further charges. Customer understands. Quoted customer 3520.98 to complete sealed system job. Customer does not wish to proceed with repairs at this time. Collected 150 for service call."

"Found frozen water at bottom of freezer section. Test cycled ice maker and found it ok and not leaking. Also found ice bin stuck. And ice not dispensing. Cleared all ice build up and Inspected. Found peas clogging evaporator drain hole. Cleared drain. Tested and found drain functioning ok at this time, with no leaks detected. Auger motor is not operating. Checked and found it getting proper voltage. Auger motor (2212363) is no loner available. Did not move unit. Collected 210 for todays work and service call."

"Unit running when I arrived, and I could hear a noise from behind. Inspected compressor compartment and all components behind unit. I found power chord routed incorrectly, allowing it to make contact with back of unit. Corrected chord and found noise no longer present. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected."

All other functions ok, except suspension rods (W11396716) are still needed.; ordrng 1 W11396716 (Suspension) and 1 L14 (Job code), used 1 W11395618 (Capacitor TS) from stock"
