Found no saved error codes. Tested unit and found it shaking in agitate and spin. Found agitator plate loose on shaft. Inspected and found debris under plate and teeth on agitatorworn down. Installed new freezer door rails and gear and bracket. Ensured door is sealing properly. At this time all operations ok with no leaks detected. Did not move unit.

"Customer does not have frost build up in fresh food section. Customer said unit stopped cooling, in fresh food and freezer compartments, and then started cooling again. They said sometimes, unit could tic about 6 times and stop and then tick again. They said when that happens, water and ice will not dispense. Tested compressor and all other components and cannot recreate issues. Contacted tech support and spoke to George. I informed him of situation. He said we cannot know for sure what the issue is with unit, since it is not happening while we are in the home. He said issue must be occurring while we are there, to test. He said it could be an issue with the deli UI or anything in DC circuit. Would like to replace Main control (WPW10675033) and Deli Ui (WPW10769076).
