"Took quick pics, found unit running in a safety loop. Found control has 1-1 internal board error and 3-1 pressure sensor error. Cleared codes and as soon as I turned knob it started safety loop again. When that finished I checked pressure hose for kinks or blockages and it is open and clear. I put into diagnostic cycle and it ran that and finished, immediately when it was done got stuck back into safety loop And repeats the 1-1 and 3-1 codes. Installed control unit checks ok."

"Since I was here last unit stopped cooling completely. Fans are running but its room temp. Pulled unit out and found compressor running, tapped unit and tried to fill with 134a. I put at least 3oz or more in and it stays in a 20in vacuum. Put into test 4 and same result. Let unit run a bit after test 4 ended and found the pressure went up to 20 lbs then right back to a 20in vacuum. Customer does not want to proceed with sealed system repair. Having Rachel refund customer for $358.14"

"Cook quick pics. Found unit stove. Top works fine but the Bake or broil does not call Janet out and tested incoming power. Found 240 V between red and black and 120 V between each respective side. Found bake element, showing 23 Ohms which is in range found broil element showing 17 Ohms which is in range plugged unit in and tested voltage to elements found 0v between both sides. Found unit is dropping one leg from control need control for repair. Rescheduled for 5/12 PM; ordrng 1 W11707168 (Control) and 1 J13 (Job code) and 1 JoeItxtdaboutthisone"

"Latch broke again during the time we were waiting on parts. Installed all new parts and found this unit has a hub kit. Replaced that as was well because the yolk was worn out. Installed gearcase, tub, tub ring, suspension, hub and new latch. Ran diagnostic cycle and drain and spin leveled legs. Since unit is on tile customer approved for me to put a dot of RTv silicone under each front foot to prevent it from sliding on floor. Unit checks ok ; used 1 W11513248 (Latch), and 1 W10528947 (Hub) from stock"

"Took quick pics, found unit had streaks of detergent and the unit doesnt seem to agitate, found unit showing no codes, but when I ran diagnostics it moved the whole basket instead of the agitator. Unplugged and tipped unit back, found the shifter arm loose and not moving, shifter motor makes a humming noise but arm doesnt move. Installed new shifter ran diagnostic test. Unit checks ok ; used 1 W11481722 (Shifter) from stock"

"Took quick pics, found unit showing 7-1 tachometer missing signal and 2-3 acu cannot hear ui. Ran diagnostic cycle found unit fills and drains but hums with no movement in agitation and spin. Unplugged, tipped unit back and found capacitor showing OL and 0mfd. Installed new capacitor. Ran diagnostic test again, all functions completed. Ran normal cycle and it started to fill and spin the tub. Unit checks ok ; used 1 W11428524 (Capacitor) from stock"

"Took quick pics, found unit showing 8-1 long fill and unit is on a well system. Found cold valve full of sediment. Installed new valve. Ran diagnostic cycle. Advised customer put secondary filter on unit due to the amount of debris Unit checks ok"

"Took quick pics, found unit making a very loud squealing noise as soon as you turn it on. Even spinning the drum slowly by hand produces the noise, took bottom panel down and watched belt and pulley found idler is skipping and belt is rubbing. Gave cust est of $378.88 for dryer repair kit customer agreed. Installed new dryer kit, pulley, belt, wheels, and cleared all lint and debris from filter housing and bottom. Unit now sounds normal. Had office run cc for total and email receipt. Unit checks ok ; used 1 4392067 (Dryer kit) from stock"
