Found unit not cooling. When plugging unit in unit clicks on and starts compressor. Compressor makes awful chattering noise for a few seconds and then clicks off. Unit repeats process infinitely. Unit will need new compressor for repair. Will order new compressor and associated sealed system parts. Repair covered under 60 month warranty for sealed system.; ordrng 1 W11557425 (Compressor) and 1 W11109499 (Drier tube) and 1 X20 (X20) and 1 R600a (R600a) and 1 Sealedsystemtech (Sealed system tech) and 1 Nitrogen (Nitrogen) and 1 Lockring (Lockring)

Customer stated unit was not freezing. Checked temperatures found -2 in freezer and 37 in refrigerator section. Checked all thermistors and fans. All check ok. Unit pulls .6 amps on compressor and 1 amp during defrost. Cannot duplicate issue and determine what is wrong with unit at time of checking. Told customer to leave unit plugged in for a week and we will return to check it again to see if anything changes.; O-emld tckt

Installed all parts to unit. Cycled unit through 30 secs of heating. Unit heating. All functions pass.

Found unit not heating makes loud buzzing noise when in use. Lights and fans working. Turntable functioning. Unit will need parts on high voltage side.
