"Took quick pics, found unit will randomly shut off and generate a power failure when there shouldnt be. Found all loads check good in diagnostics. Both ovens come on and heat. Turned unit off at breaker and pulled out. Checked wiring in junction box and checked loads from back of unit. All harness connections and loads check good against tech sheet. Checked controls and ui for signs of arching, none to be found. Put unit back into cabinet and flipped breaker back on. Found unit not hooked up to wifi. Went through wifi set up with customer and told her to see if that fixes the issue. Made est for ui just in case $1,673.40. Had office run cc for $150 and email receipt"

Quite honestly, Kari is the type of employee a company should do everything possible to retain. When our home was first built, one of our appliances—a cooktop—arrived with a crack and needed to be replaced under warranty. Kari was the technician who came out and handled that installation, and she left such a positive impression that I still remembered her over a year later.
So when we began experiencing issues with a different appliance—our wall oven— I knew it was out of warranty but dialed the company Kari worked for and when I was told Kari would be the one coming out, I was genuinely relieved.
Kari was incredibly knowledgeable and methodical. After I described the symptoms—an oven that would unexpectedly shut off while cooking—she immediately had a good idea of what the problem might be. However, rather than jumping to conclusions, she took the time to carefully inspect and rule out all of the major potential causes first. Her attention to detail, expertise, and commitment to getting the diagnosis right were truly impressive.
It’s rare to find someone who combines technical knowledge with such professionalism and dedication to customer service (especially these days). Kari consistently goes above and beyond, and she represents the very best of this company. I could not recommend her enough!!!! Thank you!!!
