Kari was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately the issue is not resolved so I am headed to Lowe's today to purchase a new Whirlpool filter. Kari worked on the issue for at least 30 minutes and it was working fine when she left but later that evening it was back to making a super loud noise. I told her if the issue recurred I would go and make sure I get the correct filter. So we shall see if this corrects the issue but as far as Kari and her professionalism she was great.
