Ran diagnostic and found 120v to motor and motor will not do anything but hum. Would need pump assembly for repair. Gave customer est of $524.27 customer declined repair at this time. Had office run cc for $150 Tc and email receipt. Also sending one through USPS so customer to get reimbursed from the landlord"

"Took quick pics found unit showing no codes. When you run the water in the water pressure does still seem kind of low, but there is no code indicating that. Ran diagnostic cycle and found some water running from the right side of the unit on the floor. Hoses to valve and on taps are tight. Tipped unit back and found there is a drip from the drain pump hose where it connects to the drain pump, found the clamp was very loose and it spins freely. Installed new clamp, cleaned up water. Ran valves and filled tune up about a 3rd and drained the water. No leaks detected. Unit checks ok; used 1 WP285655 (Clamp) from stock"
