"Took quick pics, found polarity backwards on terminal and corrected cord. Found heater housing had gotten very hot and customer was concerned because she was unsure if that was normal. Called saftey spoke with Lucretia and she reported findings and did confirm the customer had sent in receipt and was purchased in 2-23-2024. Found unit will only run if you hold start switch down. Need switch for repair gave customer est of $409.50 customer calling Tp to see about authorization. If customer wants to continue with repair we would need to order W11625516 start switch"
