"Put unit in diagnostics and found error F6e3,f0e5,f7e4,( acu-mcu communication error,off balance load,basket reingagement error). Ran auto test. Unit would not spin. Checked slider and found rotor bolt missing and slider coming apart. Gave customer blue book estimate $346. Customer paying trip charge $150 today and checking options. If customer calls back in less than 30 days and wants unit repaired balance will be $196"

Even though the ice maker on our Whirlpool refrigerator started working again on its own before the technician arrived, we had them come anyway to check it, since our 1 yr. warranty will expire the end of this month. We have had ASI service our other Whirlpool/KitchenAid appliances in the past, and are happy with their work. Chris, and all the technicians we have encountered from ASI, seem to be very knowledgeable and are very thorough. We will continue to use them for any appliance repairs. Thanks, Chris!

We’re thoroughly disappointed in Maytag’s parts supply chain. We were over a month without a washer. A washer that is less than one year old and has had the same issue twice. We are 100% happy with Sam, our service person. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He performed his repairs in a timely manner and did not leave a mess.
