"Took quick pics, found unit running in a safety loop. Found control has 1-1 internal board error and 3-1 pressure sensor error. Cleared codes and as soon as I turned knob it started safety loop again. When that finished I checked pressure hose for kinks or blockages and it is open and clear. I put into diagnostic cycle and it ran that and finished, immediately when it was done got stuck back into safety loop And repeats the 1-1 and 3-1 codes. Cleared code and ran hmi tests, all buttons, encoder and display test work. Unplugged unit and checked connections and incoming power. All check good. "Took quick pics, found unit leaking from fz. Found the drain was frozen over. Found the drain extension had a clog and I couldnt get the clog out. Cleared all ice and replaced drain extension. Unit checks ok ; used 1 W11512417 (Drain tube) from stock"

"Took quick pics, found unit showing 9-1 long drain code. Unit will fill and agitate in diagnostics but when it started running drain pump it wouldnt stop. Found pump clear and showing 20 ohms. Installed new control ran diagnostic cycle and ran normal cycle until it got to the wash cycle then drained it and drain pump cuts off unit checks ok"

"Installed parts, ran bake to 350 with thermocouple and found unit heats properly now. Based on how the bake element looks its possible moisture was in bake element cavity and caused it to break. Unit checks ok"

"Took quick pics, and called techline unit was never replaced and Im unsure if customer did call customer service after the last visit or not. Spoke with TJ at techline and told him Ive already called techline about this same issue on this same fridge. Sent him pictures of the damage and he said the unit is way outside the 30day damage return policy and the base is a replaceable part. He said to call customer service and if they will authorize repair we can fix it. Spoke with Trae care and the lady I talked to escalated it due to previous history and the supervisor trade care team declined additional repair authorization due to the fact today is so far away from the initial diagnosis Gave customer information to call customer service.
