"Took quick pics, found unit off but resivor is full. Ra. Unit through diagnostics and found it fills but doesnt circulate water and then it drains it. Found recirculating pump is humming and when I touch it I can feel it vibrating but no water comes out. Found when I pulled the insert with recirculating pump in it out, the hose came off. Found the bit of tube that goes to pump was kinked and not secure, straightened hose back out and reattached and gently reinstalled pump housing into resivor. Unit now fills and circulated water over the plate properly. Let unit run cycle until the valve reversed and a fully formed block slid off slab. And new slab started recirculating. Unit checks ok. Charged customer for $224.99 and emailed receipt"

Took door off and found the acu light is out but 120v into control. need parts for repair. ; ordrng 1 W11672225 (Acu) and 1 W11632693 (Console blk) and 1 Joe,makesuretheconsolehasUIcontrol (Couldnt find it listed and the console says its just a cap)"

"Took quick pics, found pantry shelf would slide out rapidly and spill contents into he floor. Found unit tilted to the side and was leaning forward. Found right leaving foot stripped and wouldnt go up. Installed new foot and raised front of fridge until shelf stays in place in different positions. Unit checks ok ; used 1 WPW10141622 (Foot) from stock"

"Took quick pics, found unit making ice and water is coming out of the door, found the water is about room temp. Customer has temp set on 2 snowflakes in refrigerator and with the weather being warmer I explained we would need to turn the temp back down a little bit more and consider the ground temperature. I also showed her in manual where the first ~16 oz would be cold if it hasnt been used in a while but there is no large Reservoir in fridge to keep water cold. Fz temp is 0degrees and ff is between 42. Unit checks ok"
