Customer stated unit leaks during cycle and leaves bottom pan underneath unit slightly wet. Cycled unit through diagnostics. Unit has no error codes. Checked unit through bulky items wash. Unit never leaked water underneath during cycle. All clamps secure. No water leaking at drain line or drain pump hose. Checked valve. No cracks in valve inlet hoses secure. No crack in outer tub. Water draining and filling properly. Pressure hose attached properly. No hole or loose pressure hose. At time of diagnosis unit is not leaking. Informed customer that since problem cannot be duplicated there is not much we can do for repair. Informed customer that if unit leaks again to take a video of it and/or some pictures to help determine where leak is coming from.

Installed new timer. Cycled unit through ten minutes timed dry. Unit heating and tumbling. Timer timing down. All functions pass.

"Found unit not heating and timer not rotating. Checked incoming voltage. Voltage 240 checks ok. Checked thermostats, fuse and element. All parts check ok and connections secure. Unit needs new timer for repair. Will order new timer. ; ordrng 1 W10857612 (Timer) and 1 J13 (J13)"

Installed door switch. Cycled unit through timed dry. Unit heats and tumbles. All functions pass.
