"Installed temp sensor, control panel and oven appliance manager (on side) tested microwave and oven. Found all operations ok at this time."

"Found f9e0 (product mis wired). Preheated oven and found unit reaching and maintaining proper temps. All elements and fans working. Given error code and customer complaint, it appears that Appliance manager (W11179310) control panel (W11093254) and sensor (W10859573) would need to be replaced, but informed customer that because we cannot recreate issue today, then unit cannot be fully diagnosed and further repairs may be needed, resulting in further charges. Customer understood. Quoted customer 1468.52. Customer wished to proceed with repairs. "Found f2e1 (stuck key) F9e0 (product mis-wire) error codes. Tested and found no elements on unit heating and found display fading, at times. Also found downdraft capacitor leaking. Inspected and found unit getting proper voltage but not sending any to elements. Capacitor (W11209781) Control panel (W10915815) Main control (W11100515) and Display (WPW10603096) needed. Main control was installed wining the past year, so part cost would be covered under part warranty. Quoted customer 1208.87 to complete repairs. Informed customer that due to nature of issues, further repairs may be needed resulting in further charges. Customer understands and does not wish to proceed with repairs at this time. Collected 150 for service call."

"Installed new main control, and bin thermistor. Tested unit in diagnostics and normal cycle. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected. Did not move unit."

Customer said unit is overflowing with ice. Checked and found bin thermistor reading ok at this time. Contacted tech support and spoke to Austin. We found bin thermistor ok. Control (W11034363) and bin thermistor (wpw10511923) needed. Sr number (7739369037); ordrng 1 W11034363 (Control) and 1 U18 (Job code)
