Found unit not timing down and ending cycles and not heating. Checked incoming voltage. Found unit missing 240. Outlet of house is not providing enough voltage to heat unit only 120. Informed customer unit will need electrician for that issue to come and take a look at outlet. Unit not timing down is a problem with the timer itself not rotating on its own. Found unit cutting off early when in use and flashing f8e0 error code. Checked diagnostics found error code f8e0 and f6e4 for upper fan speed too slow and up and control software mismatch. Ran fan speed on high for upper and lower oven. Upper is significantly slower. Customer stated they had issues starting to happen after power outages in the area. Customer stated unit keeps tripping breaker. Checked unit over cycled breaker. Power to unit came on. Checked for error codes no error codes found. Ran unit through test. Cycle test cycle an perfectly with no issues. Highest amperage pulled during test cycle was 8.6 amps. Called techline. Techline stated that based on breaker being gfci breaker will cause nuisance tripping. Techline stated that unit is operating as designed. Techline provided customer with phone number for breaker manufacturer so customer can talk to them for further questions.18887782733SR#7741890456

Customer stated clean washer with afresh cycle not working and flashes lights. Found unit with f8e1 error code. Checked incoming water. Found hot water was off and not coming into unit. Turned water back on. Ran unit through clean washer with afresh cycle again. Unit now filling with hot water and progressing cycle. All components working. All functions pass.

Found unit acting erratic upper fan blows all the time and doesnt stop. Heating of both sections and lights working. Bottom fan operating normally. Door latch on bottom oven randomly locking when not intended. Units issues with fan and locking randomly indicate issue with control board or user interface failure.
