Put both spray arms at 12 and 6 position ran normal cycle, sounds like motor is running but the arms never moved. "Took quick pics, found unit had a burning smell and drum was full of smoke. Customer had unit unplugged when I got there and set aside. Took back and chute off. Found heater had grounded itself to housing and started to cook the massive ball of lint in the lint chute housing. Also found belt was flaking apart.installed new heater and dryer repair kit.
