Installed part unit checks ok

"Took quick pics, found unit showing no codes, found the diagnostic cycle completed with no errors. Water does seem cold even after multiple fills. Found 120v to motor also found heater had 11 ohms and 120v to it. Ran regular cycle with bowl right side up on top rack, bowl filled up with water and you can hear the unit change racks. Went over water heater temperature requirements with customer as well as soap usage and loading. The dishes on the bottom rack were flopped over laying on one another and all of dishes in different rows were facing various directions. Unit is functioning as designed"

"Took quick pics, found bottom wine shelf wooden pieces missing in some spot and broken in others, also found the metal trim on front peeled away and with the sharp edges could be a safety hazard in the future. Need shelf for repair ; ordrng 1 W11359430 (Bottom shelf) and 1 J13 (Job code)"

"Took quick pics, found unit doa. Took junction box cover off and found the white wire melted through the wire nut. Also found the cord is old and with the way the wires look I feel the cord is a saftey concern. Installed new cord and corrected wires and put on new wire nuts. Unit checks ok. Had office run cc for $274.99 and email receipt."
