"Took quick pics, found unit in store room and customer complains softer isnt being dispensed. Checked diagnostics and found no codes. Ran diagnostic cycle and found control is sending 120v to all 3 valve respectively and the valves are humming. Found when the unit got to the draining portion it made the whole room smell horribly like mold. Took air vent hose off top and the in between the tub and drum is covered in black debris. This is usually caused by excessive soap and fabric softener use with no cleaning cycles done with tablet. Advised customer that had this unit to dilute the fabric softener before putting it in dispenser and to use less detergent and softer and running a cleaning cycle with affresh tablet ever 30day or every 30 loads. Unit checks ok had office run cc for $150 and email receipt"
