"Took quick pics, found unit pouring water into the tub and customer had to turn the taps off. Found unit had an 8-3 hazardous water code stored. Installed new valve ran diagnostic cycle. Found burning smell came from belt when trying to spin full of water. Belt is intact and so is all the motor and gear parts. Unit checks ok reported findings to safety team"
