"Found F70 (communication error) on display when I arrived. Turned unit off and on andfoind unir now responding. Inspected wire harnesses from control to user interface and found wires and all connections ok. Tested unit again and found it running and functioning but periodically display will all light up and display is segmented but it goes back to normal. Control (W10174746) and console (WPW10246745), will be needed. Found Control (W10174746) is no longer available. Repairs cannot be completed. Customer understands. Collected 150 for service call."

"Tested and found unit not draining but drain pump is humming. Inspected and found clothes and debris clogging drain pump. Cleared pump and tested. Unit completed test cycle, but I found hot and cold water reversed, coming from house. Corrected water lines and tested again, observing for leaks and proper functions. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected . Did not move unit. Collected 200 for todays work."
