"Found unit unplugged when I arrived. Plugged unit in and found drain pump running. Let pump time out and found same results. Installed new control (w11608056). Calibrated and tested unit. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected. Did not move unit."

Found f31 (L2 line voltage error) F70 (no communication between electronic assemblies). Tested unit and found loud squealing. Console (WPW10246745) and control (W10174746) needed. Found control (W10174746) no longer available. Repair kit (4392067) needed. Quoted customer 426.55. Customer wished to proceed with repairs. Installed new roller kit and tested. Found all operations ok at this time. Did not move unit. Collected total.

"Found f4e3 (wash motor not running) and F7e1 (no heat). Tested unit and found wash motor not running but is getting proper voltage. Installed new wash motor (w11613479). Calibrated and tested unit. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected."

"Found freezer evaporator frozen over. Found freezer fan not coming on in diagnostic. Also found defrost thermostat reading open, while its covered in ice and should read as closed. Found freezer evaporator fan not getting voltage. Freezer evaporator fan connector was backed out, slightly. Corrected and found same results. Checked at main control and found it not sending voltage to evaporator fan. New control board needed. I also recommended customer replace evaporator fan harness. Explained situation to customer. Informed customer that there could always be further issues resulting in further repairs needed. Customer understands. Quoted customer 665.17 to replace control only and 815.17 to replace Main control (W11548534) and Harness (W11661931). Customer does not wish to proceed with repairs at this time. Collected 150 for service call."
