I was very impressed with Brian after his first visit. He order new parts as well as a mandatory stainless steel connector required by Loews rather than my initial Hook up for my Kitchen aid side by side, which came with a 10 year warranty and Was Hooked Up Directly to the copper water line.
On his second visit he installed the new pieces and seemed to think there might be a problem with the water pressure flow to the refrigerator. He was unwilling to have a look in the crawl space to check out the copper water line, which was working perfectly when hooked directly to the KA side by side, without all the Loews demanded intermitant added pieces. Even though he did check out the situation in the crawl space on his last visit.
At this point the "change water filter light is on, even theough the water filter is brand new. I pulled out the filter and pushed it back in, HOWEVER, now the little door housing the filter will not close. The water still has a funny taste. Brian refused to taste it. At this point I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THE WHIRLPOOL SIDE BY SIDE MODEL # WRS321SDHW10 SEIAL # HRD3711809 FOR A FULL REFUND. I would like to replace it with a Kitchen aid side by side and would be willing to purchase it from Loews.
