Found both fresh food fans running. Freezer fan also running. Fresh food evaporator drain ok. Contacted tech support and spoke to Chris. I informed him of all repairs done. He said that there must be warm air getting in the unit somehow. Still found door not sealing properly. New Gasket (W10803136) needed. Sr number (7739738546). Collected 150 for service call. Matt was great - identified the issue with our Kitchen Aid fridge and was honest about what it would take to repair. Given the age of the fridge, and prior issues, we will most likely replace vs. repair and hopefully ASI will be our support service if needed!

My problem is NOT with Brian. It is with this $1,000 KitchenAid dishwasher that has had
parts replaced 3 times and still leaves a puddle
from the vent when I open it. Is that what new ones do? I have months photos. Brian wants me to pamper it by washing right after loading and then open it to help with air drying. What did I buy? I'm in my 80's and don't want to slip.
This is my fourth KitchenAid. I have lived in three states. Guess I should have repaired my last one which had a major leak instead of buying a new one. I still need to replace part of my oak kitchen floor.
