To quick pics found unit not always spinning on quick wash. No error codes are stored. Called techline. Spoke with TJ sent him video customer had of hand towels he stated that could be too much of a load for quick wash to properly spin. I ran a load of 4 hand towels and it spun them out fine. Advised customer use normal for more than 4 items. Unit checks ok and is functioning as designed. I didnt move unit.

"Took quick pics, pulled unit out onto scuff shield and took back off. Drained Reservoir and found drain tube on auxiliary pump leaking. Found the hose connection wasnt tightened enough and was too high up. Pushed hose down all the way repositioned clamp and tightened appropriately. Ran diagnostic cycle and started real cycle also drained full reservoir twice with no leaks detected ran regular cycle until dont of ice started to form. Replaced all parts and panels. Unit checks ok"

ASI promptly scheduled a visit for us to diagnose the problem with our Kitchen Aid refrigerator. They do charge a diagnostic fee but it can be credited to the overall repair cost. We needed s new water /ice system. They ordered it and Brian came out as soon as they had it. He repaired it quickly and gave us good advice on water filters. Works great and he was good to work with. We’d definitely call them again!
