Found unit getting off balance and shaking violently. Checked unit. Found suspension rods very weak. Gave customer estimate of 495.89. Customer declined estimate said they will go buy a new one instead. Collected trip charge of 150.00. I formed customer that if they change their mind estimate is good for 30 days to change suspension rods.

Found unit draining constantly while in standby. Checked error codes. Found f3e1 and f1e1. Pressure hose checks ok. Unit displaying symptoms of faulty control board. Replaced board per special project S153EB. Cycled unit through calibration and diagnostic test cycle. Both cycles performed perfectly. Unit no longer draining in standby constantly. All components activating. All functions pass.

Found unit not making ice. Found fill tube frozen. Thawed out fill tube for ice maker. Cycled ice maker. Ice maker rotated and filled with water. All components working. All functions pass.

Installed new thermal fuse to unit. Cycled unit through timed dry for 10 minutes. Unit heats and tumbles. All functions pass.

Found unit not starting. Unit has 240 volts. Checked units thermal fuse. Found fuse 0 continuity. Unit will need new fuse. Will order fuse for repair.; ordrng 1 WP3392519 (Thermal fuse) and 1 C1 (C1)
