"Took quick pics, found unit doesnt spin clothes out all the way and makes a lid squeaking and clacking. Ran diagnostic test and found it does everything but spin properly. Tipped unit back and found rotor screw on the floor. Also found gearcase oil in rotor as well as uneven wear on magnets due to the screw not being in place. "Took quick pics, found unit running in a safety loop. Found control has 1-1 internal board error and 3-1 pressure sensor error. Cleared codes and as soon as I turned knob it started safety loop again. When that finished I checked pressure hose for kinks or blockages and it is open and clear. I put into diagnostic cycle and it ran that and finished, immediately when it was done got stuck back into safety loop And repeats the 1-1 and 3-1 codes. Installed control unit checks ok."

"Found some scrape marks, on washer door and lower part of front panel on dryer on top of unit, when I arrived. Found no saved error codes. Unit is level and stable. Suspension ok. Tested unit in diagnostic and found no unusual noises. Tested unit in drain and spin and found no issues. Tested unit with a load of towels in quick wash and found banging noise during spin, as spin basket picked up speed and vibration rumbling throughout cycle.
